Uses and Applications:

1. Roof Waterproofing:

Application Procedure:

1. Surface Preparation:

   • Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust, dirt, grease, oil, and loose particles.
   • Repair any cracks, holes, or damaged areas with appropriate repair materials.
   • Ensure the surface is dry and free of standing water before application.

2. Application:

   • Stir the product thoroughly before use to ensure uniform consistency.
   • Apply Dr. Fixit Raincoat - 2 In 1 using a brush, roller, or spray equipment.
   • Apply the first coat evenly across the surface, ensuring complete coverage.
   • Allow the first coat to dry for 4-6 hours, depending on weather conditions.

3. Second Coat:

   • Apply a second coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat - 2 In 1 at right angles to the first coat to ensure full coverage.
   • Ensure the second coat is applied uniformly and overlaps the edges of the first coat to create a seamless membrane.

4. Curing:

   • Allow the applied layers to cure for at least 24-48 hours before exposing them to water or heavy traffic.
   • Protect the treated surface from rain, direct sunlight, and mechanical damage during the curing period.

• 2 coats For Roof – Coverage 2 to 2.2 Sqmtr / ltr / per coat (No Dilution)
• Single coat Exterior Surface – Coverage 3.7 to 4 sqmtr / ltr / Per coat (Dilution 5%)
• Two coat Exterior Surface – Coverage 3.1 to 3.5 sqmtr per ltr / 2 coats (Dilution 10%)
