Dr. Fixit Polyplus CP is a high-performance, two-component, crystalline waterproofing system designed to provide long-term protection to concrete structures. This product penetrates concrete and forms insoluble crystals within the pores and capillaries, effectively blocking water pathways and preventing water ingress. It is suitable for both new construction and repair projects.

Uses and Applications:

Application Procedure:

1. Surface Preparation:

   • Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust, dirt, grease, oil, and loose particles.
   • Repair any cracks, honeycombs, or damaged areas with appropriate repair materials.
   • Saturate the surface with clean water before application, ensuring it is damp but free of standing water.

2. Mixing:

   • Mix the liquid component (Component A) with the powder component (Component B) in the recommended proportions.
   • Use a mechanical mixer to achieve a homogeneous, lump-free slurry.

3. Application:

   • Apply the mixed slurry using a brush, roller, or spray equipment.
   • Apply the first coat evenly and allow it to dry for 4-6 hours.
   • Apply the second coat perpendicular to the first coat to ensure complete coverage and uniform thickness.
   • Ensure a minimum total dry film thickness as specified in the product datasheet.

4. Curing:

   • Keep the treated surface moist for at least 3-5 days to allow proper curing and crystalline formation.
   • Protect the applied coating from direct sunlight, wind, and rain during the curing period.
