Dr. Fixit Fastflex is a two-component, high-performance, flexible cementitious waterproofing membrane designed for various waterproofing applications. It is suitable for both positive and negative side waterproofing and is ideal for use in areas subjected to continuous water exposure and movement.

Application Procedure:

Surface Preparation:
- Clean the surface to remove dust, dirt, grease, oil, and loose particles.
- Repair any cracks or damaged areas with appropriate repair materials.
- Ensure the surface is dampened with clean water but free of standing water before application.

Mixing:
- Pour the liquid polymer (Component A) into a clean mixing vessel.
- Gradually add the cementitious powder (Component B) to the liquid while continuously stirring.
- Use a mechanical mixer to achieve a homogeneous, lump-free mixture.

Application:
- Apply the mixed material using a brush, roller, or trowel in two coats.
- Apply the first coat evenly and allow it to dry for 4-6 hours.
- Apply the second coat perpendicular to the first coat to ensure complete coverage and uniform thickness.
- Ensure a minimum total dry film thickness as specified in the product datasheet.

Curing:
- Allow the final coat to cure for at least 7 days before exposure to water or heavy traffic.
- Protect the applied coating from rain and direct sunlight during the curing period.
