Description
KEM Proof CWC is an integral capillary concrete waterproofing compound which waterproofs and protects concrete in depth. It consists of Portland cement, specially treated quartz sand and specially chemicals.

Curing: Damping for 5-7 days by mist spraying water and covering with polythene sheets

Direction for use
Clean the surface to be treated and free it from laitance, loose material, dust, dirt, oil, grease, general grime, all contaminants etc. Repair and treat all structural cracks property Fill all non-structural cracks more than 1mm width Fill any holes or indentations with repair mortar. Remove all renders, coatings, tiling from the structure to be waterproofed Rake out any loose pointing and reprinted flush with the surface of the bricks or block work. Coat newly laid concrete after 24 hours. Treat leaking construction joints with KEM plug and seal with KEM seal before applying coat. Add 2 parts water to 5 parts KEM Proof CWC Apply the material within 20 minutes using a brush. Stir the mix frequently throughout application. Apply a second coat at right angle to the first coat after 3-4 hours. Keep the treated area damp for five days.
Coverage: 1 kg/m²/coat when used alone or for dry shake broadcast
Packaging: 25 kg moisture-resistant bags
Storage and Shelf life: Away from direct sunlight and moisture. 12 months from manufacture if stores in original, unopened bags in dry conditions

Safety precautions
Do not use any curing compounds. KEM Proof CWC is a cementitious alkaline product. Care should be taken to avoid contact with eyes, skin.
